A Little bit of Catch-up

  • Mood:
  • Music: Yuutsu Na Seven Days (Gravitation Soundtrack)
  • Weather: Cold, snowy

Wow, have I been distracted.  It's no wonder with all the birthdays and holidays and misc. crap going on all at the end of the year.

I kept thinking about logging on to update, but that's as far as it went.  Any spare time I had (yeah right, ha ha), was spent comatose in front of the tube.  I don't even know how long it's been since my last post.

Oh well....  A bunch has happened, but it all happened at once, so please excuse me if I get a bit jumbled.  ok, lesseee....  brother's birthday, dad's birthday, parents' anniversary.... nothing to extraordinary there.

I did a crapload if Christmas shopping.  I could have had a ton to bitch about there, but now it hardly seems worth it.  And I worked a lot, too.  Ya know I could go on and on about all the BS at work, and I have no doubt that I probably will.

I think the last post was just before the new Assistant came in.  Damn I could have been having a field day... grrrr!     Let's just say.... I can not stand being in the same room as her.  She's loud and obnoxious and self-centered and I just want to poke her eyes out.  She has no clue what she's doing and she tries to rush everyone, which makes things worse because she forgets to do things when she's rushing.  I don't think her head could get any further up her ass...

Looks like this is where the rant is heading, so I may as well go with it....

I think she knows I don't like her, and I do believe she's been trying to screw me up.  Just before Christmas, she worked off of my drawer, and suddenly I'm $200 short, and this isn't the first time this has happened.  She keeps saying that I'm short when she verifies my cash.  When I'm the one questioning it, she argues up and down with me, but as soon as the boss lady gets involved, the cash suddenly reappears.  I don't like her, and I don't trust her.  I'm not the only one, there's not one person in the branch that has said they like her.  Customers have even called to complain about her.  The seasonal employees came back, and not a single one likes her.  Damn I wish I was the boss... I'd fire her ass in a heartbeat!

Ok, that's enough about that, it's making me very agitated.

OH YEAH!!!!  hehehe... we got a new puppy!    The was a lot of discussion over the name.  Originally, we were going to go with Christy (short for Christmas), but after much debate, we settled on Holly.  Now, if only we could get her to learn her name...

She is so bad... and I think she knows it.  The more you yell at her the more riled up she gets.  She's a biter, and a digger, and we're all going nuts.  She has learned to bring her toys back after you throw them (Taffy goes and takes it into another room), but when it's something she knows she's not supposed to have, she takes off.  And then Taffy, the tattle-tale, barks everytime Holly does something she's not supposed to be doing.  It's been rather interesting.

And on that note, it's bed time... i need to catch up!
